Credential Photo Submission
Please make sure your photo meets the following criteria before uploading. If your photo does not qualify, it may not be used on your event credential.
- Photo should be an accurate likeness of yourself.
- Hats or dark sunglasses may not be worn in photos.
- File name must be Lastname_Firstname.jpg
- Must be a JPG or PNG file only.
- Photo size no smaller then 50KB and no larger then 2MB.
When selecting a photo, please use discretion. Credential photos are for your safety and the safety of the event.
Instructions:
1) Click "Browse" at the bottom of the page. A window will pop up.
2) Find the photo you would like to upload, select it, and click "Ok". Your file will be added to the "File to Upload" list.
3) Only 1 photo can be submitted at a time.
4) Enter in the name of the person in the photo and your email address so we can contact you if we have any issues with the photo. If submitting a photo for someone else, please use their name and your email.
5) When ready to submit your photos, click the "Upload" button and your photo(s) will be sent to our server.
